For couples looking to unwind
Upon arrival, the staff provided really good service, especially Mario, who greeted us warmly with chocolate strawberries in our room! And I must say, the views from the outdoor pools were fine, like looking into the heart of nature itself.
It wasn't inexpensive, that's for sure, but it felt worth it.

great views but lacked a few amenities
The view from our Ultra Villa King Bed was spectacular! The private pool was a delight, especially for my daughter. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and they made our brief stay special. We loved looking out at the lush gardens and stunning mountains around us.
The lack of variety in the room amenities could be improved.

The property feels like a serene oasis. Stunning gardens surround the area, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I loved the hiking trails. they led to beautiful waterfalls. My room had breathtaking views, and the infinity pool was a highlight. Staff members offered friendly and attentive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining was delightful, with fresh local ingredients elevating each meal. However, I noticed some noise from nearby flights during peak hours, which could be distracting. The vibrant room decor felt a bit overwhelming at times, lacking the cozy touch I hoped for.
